| Shipping: We have a flat rate of $5 postage within Australia per transaction - no limit on the number of items. We will also ship an order containing only gift vouchers (up to 5) for free within Australia.
Physical items will be shipped using Australia Express Post, gift vouchers will be sent via standard post.
We do not currently ship international orders, but would be willing to ship to New Zealand on application. Click here.
We anticipate that orders should arrive within 2-6 working days of purchase.
Returns: For online purchases, we will refund, exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of purchase if returned in the same condition as purchased and with proof of purchase. You will need pay for the post back to us, we will then send you a credit note or an exchange item (we will pay the postage back to you) - otherwise we will arrange a refund (excluding postage costs). Alternatively, you may exchange the item(s) at one of our stores.
